Here you’ll find all important facts, frequently asked questions and useful information about your hotel at the Arlberg. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Restaurants
We will gladly reserve a table for you in one of our restaurants.
- “DasTheo” with its fresh young cuisine
- “Lecherstube” with delicious Austrian delicacies and wines.
- “Gotthard Stube” for those who prefer half board with five courses.
For table reservations outside the hotel, please contact the restaurant of your choice directly, as there are often no-shows and cancellations. Many of the restaurants can be easily booked via https://restaurants.table4u.at/ger.
Arrival & departure
On arrival day your rooms are ready for your starting from 03.00 pm.
On your day of departure you have to check-out by 11.00 am.
Methods of payment
You can settle your bill from 07.30 am cash, with EC card (Maestro) or with credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express). You can also pay the bill also the evening before your departure until 10.00 pm.
Terms of cancellation
Please note our cancellation conditions. Should you have to cancel your trip, the following cancellation costs will apply:
- Until 3 month before arrival: free cancellation*
- Until 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the agreed price
- From 1 month before arrival until 1 week: 70 % of the agreed price
- From 1 week before arrival and in case of delayed arrival: 90 % of the agreed price
- In Case of arly departure: 100 % of the agreed price
Regarding cancellations, please contact us personally as they are treated individually.

Travel cancellation insurance for your holidays in Lech
Not only according to the current situation, but in principle we ALWAYS recommend that you take out travel insurance.
The Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance not only offers you protection against costs in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also insures, among other things, the costs of helicopter accommodation, so that you can enjoy your holiday in the mountains in the best possible protection.
Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium cover the following reasons, among others, in the event of cancellation or early departure:
- Illness of COVID-19
- If a close relative or a person living in the same household becomes ill with COVID-19 and your presence is urgently required at home
- fever and suspected corona, even if the test result is negative later
- A positive test result without symptoms
- A close relative in your household has fallen ill and you must be quarantined
