Clemens Walch likes to share his passion with other people. This is how the OMES world of delights was created – with home-brewed beer, homemade gin, and our own bakery and confectionery, bacon grown rip all summer on the alpine pasture and many other culinary delights. You can taste and buy all these culinary highlights and more at the Hotel Gotthard – in the OMES world of delights.
The old bakery has been adapted and “revitalised” and now hosts the hotel’s owned brewery.
Clemens Walch and Martin Schnell are brewing with love their own beer specialities here. The OMES is supposed to be natura, pure and full of character, as the 2.557 m high Omeshorn, the nearby mountain in Lech
So fare, the range offers the Arlbeer, a baverian lager, a Pale Ale and a wheat beer.

Homemade gateau, strudels, cakes and pastries are baked with love and manual dexterity.
You can try all these sweet delicacies in our Café Gotthard and of course at our long sleeper breakfast.
For over 10 years, we are producing with Augustin Keller our air-dried Valluga Speck.
Our own spice mixture and the slow drying result in the typial Valluga vacon after serveral months of aging at 2,000 meters altidude.
Tenderly sliced, with a aromatic bread from the bakery and a chilled OMES beer, culinary delights are real fun.
Years ago I discovered a special hobby for myself – the production of home distilled schnapps and gin.
Together with Harald Keckeis we make our distillates from selected raw materials. The distilling and ripening process influence the taste of the distillates. Once again, “good things take time”.
