Important facts about your hotel at the Arlberg

Here you'll find all important facts, frequently asked questions and useful information about your hotel at the Arlberg. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Terms of cancellation

We have adjusted our cancellation conditions due to the current situation around COVID-19.
Flexible cancellation conditions apply for bookings in summer 2020. Summer bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 week before the start of the holiday.

Otherwise the following conditions apply:

Please note our cancellation conditions: If you have to cancel your holiday in Lech the following cancellation conditions apply:

If you cancel your holiday within 90 days before arrival: 40 % of the total costs
If you cancel your holiday within 30 days before arrival: 70 % of the total costs
If you cancel your holiday within 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total costs
If you arrive late or have to depart earlier we charge 90 % of the total costs.

Arrival & departure

On arrival day your rooms are ready for your starting from 03.00 pm. On your day of departure you have to check-out by 11.00 am.

Methods of payment

You can settle your bill from 07.30 am cash, with EC card (Maestro) or with credit card (VISA and Mastercard). You can also pay the bill also the evening before your departure until 10.00 pm.

Garage

A parking lot in our underground garage is available for free for our guests for the duration of your stay.

Pets

Pets are only allowed on request and for an extra charge.

Restaurants

Choose from our following restaurants:

  • hotel restaurant Gotthard Stube as part of the half board arrangement
  • our á la carte restaurant "Lecher Stube"
  • As an alternative we can also book a table at one of the numerous restaurants in Lech for you.
  • Note: Please cancel your table reservation via telephone, as the restaurants in Lech charge cancellation fees.

Dear guests,
the Corona traffic light has been set to orange in the district of Bludenz, but not the Lech Zürs region, which is green. This means that at the moment all holidaymakers can travel to Lech am Arlberg without hesitation.

Current information for your winter holiday

Currently, the municipality of Lech is working together with Lech Zürs Tourismus and all local partners to design a safety concept for the 2020/21 winter season. The health of our guests, employees and locals is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy a wonderful and safe winter holiday.
